    116 South St., Pittsfield, Massachusetts on Wednesday, December 21 st, 2011 at 7:00 PM.
    6:00 PM - Collation will be served before the meeting.
              Please come and join us for dinner.
    7:00 PM -Lodge will open on the First degree.
            -Confer First Degree on one candidate.
            - Read and approve minutes.

    Master’s Message
    Dear Brothers,
    I hope all the Officers will attend the rehearsals for the EA Degree on the 12th and 19th, both Mondays and both at 7 PM.  Let's make our best effort at conferring an impressive Degree. 
        I would like to commend Bro.s Brian P. Duval and Kevin J. Lehrer for their recent efforts at making improvements in the Temple.  We should all be grateful to and respectful of all those who have consistently devoted their time, energy and, in some cases, money, to the daily operation of our home for Masonic activities.
        Christmas has always been my favorite holiday.  Please enjoy your favorite holiday this month with your loved ones.  Please also join us for the Children's Christmas Party on the 10th.  Special thanks to Wor. Brian D. Rochelo and his wife Brenda for helping Santa with the gifts and the party.
        Since it will be the New Year before our next Notice reaches you - Happy New Year!  May the Supreme Architect of the Universe bless us all in the New Year.
        Lastly, please consider making a donation to the newly-established Wor. Stoddard Williams Fraternal Fund.  Its purpose is to assist Brethren, especially our elder Brethren, in keeping their dues current.  Our Lodge's Relief Fund differs in that it is for sudden emergencies, etc.  I have become aware of a number of elder Brethren  who should, in my opinion,  no longer have to pay Lodge dues.  Unfortunately, our Lodge can't afford to remit those dues, so we now have another way to make the lives of some of our long-standing members a little easier.  Thank you for your consideration of this worthy cause.  Please send all donations to the Secretary.
