Our tri-annual meeting is scheduled for July 24, 2015, at R.T. Schafer Lodge at 2505 NE 9th Street in Gainesville. We will begin registration at 6 pm and plan to eat at 6:30 pm. Afterwards we are scheduled to have a paper presented by Brother Oscar Patterson. A business meeting will follow the presentation.
Please advise me if you plan to attend by Wednesday, July 22, 2015, so I can forward the number to our caterer. Look forward to seeing you on Friday.
